| Tharanga is the Director HRM & Training Solutions at eSolve Business Solutions. She is also a faculty member at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) since January 2008, and also lecturing for BSc and MSc degree programmes in HRM offered by the Salford University UK since 2020. Further, Tharanga is a Visiting Lecturer at Sri Lanka Institute of Textile & Apparel, Sri Lanka since September 2015. Tharanga has over 26 years of Administration, Human Resource Management & Human Resource Management Consultancy experience at organizations including HR Cornucopia, Emsolve Consultants (Pvt) Ltd, Canadian Red Cross & Brandix Lanka Ltd. She has conducted In-house Training Programmes for many Organizations under a variety of topics as well as Public Training Programmes organized by e-Solve Business Solutions. | Buddhini is the Director IT Solutions/Trainer at eSolve Business Solutions. She is an Instructor at LinkedIn Learning, an Author at Pluralsight, Inc – USA & EC-Council- a leading IT and e-Business certification awarding body headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Buddhini has been a Visiting Lecturer at the CINEC Maritime Campus – Department of Information Technology from October 2012 to September 2015 and at present she is a Visiting Lecturer at the CINEC Metro Campus. She was also a Visiting Lecturer in Business Management and IT respectively at the American College of Higher Education and ESOFT – Sri Lanka. Buddhini has over 14 years of industry experience, working for leading Software Companies in multinational work environments (including overseas work exposure). She obtained her B.Sc. (Hons) Degree in Computing and Information Systems from the London Metropolitan University and the Master of Business Administration form the University of Wales, UK. | Ajith Samaratunga is one of the trainers in the training panel of eSolve Business Solutions. Ajith comes with Managerial experience spanning more than 21 years, mostly in education sector, starting from 2000, holding a series of executive positions such as Course Director, Program Manager, General Manager and Manager – IT Training & Business Development. He has extensive experience in the fields of IT Infrastructure Management, Operations Management, Project Management, HR Management, Finance Management and Alliance Building with many national and international educational and professional institutions to drive business by constant innovation. His managerial work extends into developing employees’ attitudes to be more customer focused, employee training, as well as focusing on building team spirit, cultivating an agile culture and leading initiatives aimed at innovative income generation. Ajith has succeeded in various market research campaigns for fact finding, analysing, summarising and presenting opportunities that potential customers are in search. Ajith co-founded Zeno Innovations (Pvt) Ltd with the precise intention of providing ICT and Management consultancy services, Corporate Training and Human Capacity Building. Piyal is a professional business consultant with 30 years of work experience of which over 20 years in the capacity of Senior General Manager/ COO in multinational and large conglomerates as well as in family owned companies. Piyal has worked in six different industries such as Electrical, Electronics, Plastic, Chemical, Apparel and Flexible packaging. He has provided consultancy services for over 20 organizations on various international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IS0 27001, ISO 45001, ISO 17025 which includes multinationals and large conglomerates. Piyal holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Postgraduate Institute of Management – University of Sri Jayewardenepura and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics-Chemistry-Mathematics from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
