| Tharanga is the Founder/CEO of eSolve Business Solutions. She is also a faculty member at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) since January 2008, and has also lectured for BSc and MSc degree programmes in HRM. Further, Tharanga is a Visiting Lecturer at Sri Lanka Institute of Textile & Apparel, Sri Lanka since September 2015.
Tharanga has over 29 years of Administration, Human Resource Management & Human Resource Management Consultancy experience at organizations including HR Cornucopia, Emsolve Consultants (Pvt) Ltd, Canadian Red Cross & Brandix Lanka Ltd. She is an Instructor at LinkedIn Learning, an Author at Pluralsight, Inc – USA & EC-Council– a leading IT and e-Business certification awarding body headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Buddhini has been a Visiting Lecturer at the CINEC Campus – Malabe – Department of Information Technology from 2012 to date & a Visiting Lecturer at the CINEC Metro Campus from 2015 to 2022. She was also a Visiting Lecturer in Business Management and IT respectively at the American College of Higher Education and ESOFT – Sri Lanka. Buddhini has 19 years of industry experience, working for several leading Multinational Software Companies. She obtained her B.Sc. (Hons) Degree in Computing and Information Systems from the London Metropolitan University and the Master of Business Administration form the University of Wales, UK.
