| Tharanga is the Founder/CEO of eSolve Business Solutions. She is also a faculty member at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) since January 2008, and has also lectured for BSc and MSc degree programmes in HRM. Further, Tharanga is a Visiting Lecturer at Sri Lanka Institute of Textile & Apparel, Sri Lanka since September 2015.
Tharanga has over 29 years of Administration, Human Resource Management & Human Resource Management Consultancy experience at organizations including HR Cornucopia, Emsolve Consultants (Pvt) Ltd, Canadian Red Cross & Brandix Lanka Ltd. She has conducted In-house Training Programmes for many Organizations under a variety of topics as well as Public Training Programmes organized by e-Solve Business Solutions. She has also provided HR Consultancy & Mentoring Services since 2007 for many Organizations. Tharanga possesses the Chartered Qualification in Human Resource Management (CQHRM) & the National Diploma in Human Resource Management (NDHRM), from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Sri Lanka and was awarded the “Jayantha Jayaratne” Gold Medal for the most Outstanding Student for the year 2006/2007 & the Best Performer award in 2023 for CQHRM. Buddhini has been a Visiting Lecturer at the CINEC Campus – Malabe – Department of Information Technology from 2012 to date & a Visiting Lecturer at the CINEC Metro Campus from 2015 to 2022.
